A few days ago, I had an experience that stayed with me longer than I expected.

I received a customer service call regarding a delivery issue. At first, the conversation felt structured, efficient, and direct. The responses were quick, the purpose was clear, and everything moved smoothly.

Then I asked a simple question.

The answer surprised me.
